Gutters in Hawaiian Gardens, Hung With Your Yard Protected

We install new gutters, fix the ones you have and move downspouts so roof water drains away from your home. Plants get covered, ladders sit on pads, and you hear the plan before we start. Every job begins with a free written estimate.

Gutters that send water somewhere safe

A gutter does one thing: it collects the water running off your roof and carries it away from the house. Once it sags, leaks at a joint or overflows, that water hits the fascia, stains the stucco and soaks the ground beside your foundation.

Since most of our year is dry, a bad gutter can go unnoticed for months. Then the first real winter rain exposes every low spot and loose hanger together. We'd rather catch them on a dry fall day when there's time to plan.

When the roof edge needs work as well, we tell you and show you photos. Roof repair is a separate discussion and never shows up as a surprise on your bill.

What our gutter work covers

  1. 01

    Continuous aluminum gutters

We form each run on site to the exact length of your roofline. The only joints are at corners and outlets, so there are fewer places to drip. We match the color to your trim.

  2. 02

    Repairs and resealing

Leaky corners and end caps get cleaned and resealed. Bent sections get replaced. Sagging runs get new hidden hangers screwed into solid wood.

  3. 03

    Pitch correction

A gutter needs a slight slope toward the downspout. If yours holds standing water, we rehang it so it drains dry between rains.

  4. 04

    Downspouts and extensions

We place downspouts where water can run off away from the slab and walkways. Extensions or splash blocks keep it out of the planting beds you care about.

  5. 05

    Fascia check behind the gutter

Years of overflow can rot the board a gutter hangs on. If we find soft wood, we show you a photo and price it separately before anything new goes up.

Signs your gutters need attention

  • Overflow during a rain

When water spills off the front lip in a storm, the gutter is blocked, too small or sloped the wrong way.

  • Streaks on the stucco

Dark lines or stains below the gutter mean water is running down your wall instead of into the downspout.

  • Sections pulling away

A gap between the gutter and the house usually means hangers have let go or the fascia behind them is soft.

  • Puddles by the foundation

Washed-out soil, mulch pushed aside or standing water near the slab points to a downspout dumping in the wrong place.

  • Drips at the joints

Rust spots or drips at corners and end caps mean the sealant has failed. Small now, bigger next season.

  • Peeling paint on trim

Paint that keeps flaking on the fascia is often a sign of water getting behind the gutter.

How a gutter job goes

  1. 1

    Free estimate visit

We walk your roofline, measure every run and check pitch and fascia. You get a free written estimate listing each run, downspout and repair, so nothing is vague.

  2. 2

    The plan, before the day

We tell you the date, roughly how long we'll be there, where the truck will park and whether we need the side gate open. If you have pets or kids in the yard, we plan around them.

  3. 3

    Cover and take down

Drop cloths go over beds and walkways. Ladders sit on pads so they don't dig into the lawn. Old gutters are lowered by hand, not tossed off the roof.

  4. 4

    Hang and test

We form the new runs, hang and seal them, then run a hose through each one. You see water reach every outlet before we call it done.

  5. 5

    Clean up and walk through

We haul off the old metal, sweep the yard with a magnet for screws and nails, and walk the house with you.

What decides the cost of gutter work

Your price depends on how much gutter the house needs and the condition of what it hangs on. Each item appears on the written estimate so you can see where your money goes. Financing is available through Service Finance Company, subject to credit approval.

How long and how high
Linear footage drives most of the price. Two-story homes need taller ladders and more time.
Corners and downspouts
Each bend in the roofline takes a fitted piece, and each downspout needs an outlet and pipe. A home with lots of angles costs more than a simple rectangle.
Size of the gutter
Standard 5-inch gutters suit most homes. Long slopes that shed heavy water may call for 6-inch gutters and larger downspouts.
Shape of the fascia
A new gutter can't hang on rotted fascia, so that board gets replaced first. It's only added if we find it and show you.
Tear-down and access
Removing old gutters, narrow side yards and thick plantings along the walls all change how long the work takes.

Common gutter questions

Do my gutters need repair or replacement?

A repair often does it. Resealed joints, extra hangers and a corrected pitch can revive an older run. When the metal has rusted through or a run is patched together from short pieces, new gutters formed in one length on site are usually the better choice. We'll tell you which one and why.

Should new gutters go up with a new roof?

That's a smart time to check them. A roof replacement involves the roof edge and drip edge, and the gutters often come off anyway. Good ones can be rehung. Worn ones are cheaper to replace then, with one setup instead of two.

Will you trample my lawn and plants?

Beds and walkways get covered first, and ladders stand on pads. We place downspouts with your plantings in mind. Show us any spot you're worried about and we'll work around it.

How long will it take, and must I be home?

Many single-story homes take one day, and your estimate shows the timing for your house. You don't have to stay home, but we like to walk the finished job with you or another adult in the household.
